In recent times, Combitech has developed a new successful concept whereby we can offer young, newly qualified engineers employment in a development project on the leading edge of technology.
Through partnerships with several of our largest customers, we have formed units in which young engineers strengthen selected customer teams. The aim is to contribute new influences, create new perspectives and to fast-track training, enabling the young engineers to provide qualified development support.
Combitech is responsible for the basic training and competence development through our Combitech Learning Lab. The customer provides a project-oriented introduction and takes care of the new consultants as if they were its own employees.
Through strategic cooperation in long-term planning and future competence requirements, we lay a cost-efficient foundation upon which we can develop together with the customer, and in this manner, we create three winners: The customer, our young engineers and Combitech as a company – it cannot be better.
