Outsourcing – but on home ground

By working with mixed project teams, using well-developed models, project control, auditing and measuring through key performance indicators, we continuously finetune homeshore teams and activities. We are constantly building new project units.
The concept has proved to fill a gap for customers who are unwilling to go the whole way with traditional outsourcing to low-cost countries. Assignments are usually among our larger industrial customers.
