Test structure for robotic mower
For its development of a new generation of robotic mowers, Husqvarna needed help in producing a test structure.
Combitech cutting-edge expertise in the field of test structures and strategies for battery-powered systems resulted in Husqvarna entrusting it with the assignment. Combitech has produced a test structure on three different levels. The levels involve a test specification covering all the requirements for a lower level of testing, a test specification for system testing and a structure for exploratory testing. To this we have added a general bug troubleshooting procedure and results report to allow follow-up of the testing. The test structure also includes follow-up reports for project management use. The finished item is a test environment that will deliver a product that has been fully tested and debugged before being subjected to field tests. We use an exploratory test to test the product’s behaviour in its proper environment.
