The pre-evaluation is the evaluation prepare step where all the necessary material will be collected and an evaluation plan is developed. The evaluator is making a first opinion to support the customer.In Common Criteria:• The sponsor is preparing to the evaluation• Sponsor will contract an ITSEF• The sponsor is preparing a draft Security Target• The ITSEF will analyse the draft Security Target and collects evidence• The ITSEF creates the EWP (Evaluation Work Plan)
